What is graphotherapy?
Graphotherapy is a specialized support that aims to make writing more fluid and more enjoyable.
It is aimed at children and adolescents for whom writing represents an effort: illegible, slow, irregular, painful or discouraging writing.
Through adapted and fun exercises, the graphotherapist helps to improve pencil grip, posture, fine motor skills and the rhythm of graphic gestures.
The goal is not only to write better, but also to regain confidence and make writing a real tool for learning and expression.
My Approach
Every child is unique, and it is this uniqueness that guides my way of working.
During the first meeting, an assessment allows us to evaluate the difficulties encountered, understand specific needs and define appropriate objectives together.
Each session takes place in a supportive environment, where the child progresses at their own pace and consolidates their skills step by step. I design varied, fun, and creative activities to ensure rehabilitation remains motivating and effective.
Being a highly creative person, I pay particular attention to ensuring that each exercise is tailor-made to the child's personality and interests. This personalization encourages engagement, builds confidence, and transforms writing into a positive and lasting experience.
